We went in to browse for a future bed and was that satisfied with the customer service and quality of furniture that we bought a bed and mattress and also 2 pillows.

Simon was fantastic. As soon as we walked in, we knew what we wanted to see, took us right to it and gave us a demonstration which really sealed the deal

The actual choice and purchase was satisfactory, but the computer input was a problem. The salesperson went through the whole process correctly, the financial element was without problem but the computer would not finalise the transaction. The salesperson brought a colleague to help and then rang for IT support. She finally had to rewrite the whole process by hand. This prolonged the process but the staff did everything to make me feel relaxed, including offering water. The issue was not their fault.

The member of staff was personable and very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy and gave us the time we needed. She had a lovely sense of humour and was as adept with the administration as she was with the products.

Myself and my partner were buying a bed for our first home together and we felt Pam was accommodating and empathetic to our needs rather than “sales” oriented which made us much happier and comfortable to purchase with Dreams. Pamela was absolutely fantastic and the other staff members were so approachable and kept making sure that we were hydrated (as it was really hot!) Pamela spent so much time with us helping us find the right mattress to go with our new bed. She knew so much about the best mattresses and understood exactly what we were looking for. We’re so pleased we came in to the store and we will definitely do this again when it comes to getting our second bedroom done. Really great service and such friendly staff. Thank you!
