Mike in the Cardiff store was fantastic, he gave detailed explanations of each mattress we tried and recommended exactly what we were looking for. Also spending time switching between multiple different types of pillows to better gauge the different type of sleeping patterns between my partner an I.

Service was excellent, very helpful advice and delivery was excellent.

Staff were friendly and attentive. They followed all necessary health and safety protocols which is very important to me and we were given the opportunity to trial a number of different mattresses and even offered a bottle of water. We didn’t feel rushed and the information provided was very helpful.

The assistant, Pam, took time to understand our needs, came up with options and gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do.

Rhys was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit, he let us know all about the features and availability of the products we were looking at but gave us time to discuss it. When placing the order he went through everything clearly and well, genuinely brilliant service and a lovely chat
