The member of staff who helped us was highly knowledgeable. Also really appreciated his professional manner when me and my partner was discussing finances as he left us so we could have the conversation in private so we felt more comfortable talking about money without even having to ask. Could easily tell he was professional and very good at what he did and also that he enjoyed his job.

Greeted on arrival by very pleasant young man called Rhys @ 301.He was very polite, friendly and listened to our requirements and then made recommendations to suit our needs.

When we visited your Newport Road store in Cardiff we were greeted by a lovely lady. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and nothing at all was too much for her. She was very kind and not pushy to purchase which in turn meant we left with not just the bed frame but also a new mattress and also new bedding. She was very nice and I would 100% recommend her to other people.
