The man that we dealt with was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and even stayed passed closing time to process the order for us to ensure we had a fab bargain. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded. He is the best salesman that I have ever dealt with and at 51 years old I have dealt with many. I would be happy for you to pass my comments on to him and would also like to recommend him for a reward for doing such a fab job!

We visited Dreams at Newport Road, Cardiff on 14/9/21 to purchase a new double mattress. We were served by a member of staff named Andrea who was very attentive with regards to my needs due to my arthritis. She was also very friendly. As a result of our positive experience, we are likely to return in the not too distant future to purchase a bed for our son. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

Pam was brilliant from start to finish, exuding a professional and friendly demeanour she was quick to help and and answered all our questions. We quickly found an excellent product, looking forward to its delivery.

Rhys was a legend. Made us feel very comfortable and stuck to our budget...felt like he wanted us to get the most for our money with no over selling. Athlough we do now have a delightful mattress protector #lordoftheupsell . The process was quick, easy and comfy; some may say it was the stuff of Dreams .

Wow! What can I say!! Andrea, the lady that served me was outstanding in every way...caring (due to my age and mobility), thoughtful and considerate. Couldn't have done anything more to help me with advice my choice of bed. 10/10++++.
