Mainly because of the amazing level of service given to me by Pam from start to finish. Made finding and purchasing the mattress very painless!

We were given full attention to our requirements, first deciding on the firmness of the mattress and the materials used in its production. We were given the opportunity to test several beds in the showroom and agreed that a medium sprung mattress, was the best choice for us, to alleviate pressure points. This is something that is impossible on line. Andrea, the lady who served us was friendly and attentive to our needs and safety, so it was a pleasure to visit your store.

My needs were listened to and options were offered to my satisfaction.

The staff who helped me , Pam and Mark ( Cardiff Newport Road Store) were really great. THey were so helpful and attentive and spent a lot of time understanding what I needed.
