Ordered bed mattress and pillow couple of weeks ago lady in store said they will be sending all items in one Saturday i had an email of royal mail saying they have my product only for a pack of 4 pillows to show up no mattress no tv no bed frame I'm currently sleeping on a mattress on my floor I paid £1000 deposit and still haven't received item

Ordered mattress and headboard. Rang to ask to change headboard colour. Told would cost 20% extra but add at least 9 weeks as my delivery was one of the last before the Coronavirus close down. Order cancelled by email late night before it was due. Appeared mattress was ready but they chose not to deliver. V poor service as mattress will be hanging around somewhere for weeks now. Rang customer service, told headboard not ready but they had no more info from manufacturers. Asked why I couldn’t change colour then when asked previously. He changed story to headboard is practically finished, just needs an bit of threading’. Ridiculous thing to say and clearly untrue. Destroyed my faith in Dreams. Really unhappy with being misled and with not having mattress delivered when it could have been. Not blaming closedown - that is not the issue here, it’s the non-delivery of an item ready to come to me and being deliberately misled about the progress of the headboard.

The reason I was not satisfied was the fact I have to wait a whole week for delivery!!

The gentleman who served us treated us like idiots, he was patronising and condescending in his tone and manner. When we declined the insurance he said 'even though the wheels are going to break and the drawers fall apart'. Great endorsement for your products!

I didn't imply i was not satisfied, just that i wasn't Highly Satisfied. The reason for this is that i knew which firmness of mattress i needed and it may have been more favourable to place the mattresses in store 'blocked together' by firmness so as not needing to walk back and forth to test/re-test
