Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

We are regular customers of Dreams. Our last purchase was last December.On this occasion we felt that the items were expensive even with the discount. After returning home we felt that other companies had similar items for cheaper value.

I never give maximum score unless exceptional service. The service provided was competent and efficient, as I would expect

Well there isn't much clarity between the mattresses - information is held in the sale advisors' heads so you are dependant on requesting assistance. Feel that product prices hardly ever fluctuate and there is always an offer and so it really doesn't matter when you place the order. This is the 3rd time visiting - felt pressured the first couple of times - but ordered a bed for now. We still need a king mattress and 4 other bed frames and mattresses - so plenty more shopping for price and product.

We should have had a free undersheet but have heard nothing since our money was taken

Found the assistant unfriendly, wasn't very helpful, but did stick to the social distancing rules. We asked for advice but was told it was down to our own preference. As we have purchased a bed from your caerphilly store, expected the same friendly service and was disappointed as we chose the bed ourselves, assistant changed their tune a bit after we spent almost £1600.

Went there after seeing the sale advertised. We appeared to be steered towards the higher priced items. No mention of any sale, only 20%off.
