Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

I very pleased with the customer service that I received whilst at the store in Cardiff (Newport Road). Pamela Joyce was amazing throughout the whole process and made things very easy. She was very knowledgeable and went beyond to help me chose a mattress.

Andrea made the experience of buying a new bed very easy - she was polite and listened to our requirements. She wasn’t pushy and showed us to products that suited our needs . We were served by Chase who went above and beyond for us. The matching headboard for the bed we wanted was blocked online so Chase called the other store to see if they had a spare on display and then called his manager who allowed us to have the display headboard from the Newport Road store. He greeted us on arrival and was down to Earth yet completely professional throughout. We had almost purchased a bed from Bensons for beds and came into Dreams just for a browse and thanks to Chase’s help found a bed and mattress which was everything we had been looking for. Thanks for the great service! He’s a credit to the business

Visiting the store in Cardiff. We were greeted by Rhys who could see we were a bit lost. He spoke with us about what size of bed and what we were looking to get out of this visit. Rhys put us on the sleep mattress machine which told us which mattress we should look at buying. I will add myself and my partner need very different mattresses which made things a bit more challenging. Rhys overcame this challenge valiantly and showed us the best mattresses that would suit the both of us! We ended up with a feather and black mattress which we were over the moon with. After having a quick think we also asked about frames and the possibility of having a tv at the end of the bed, Rhys once again explained it fantastically and broke everything down for us and made it so easy. We have put a deposit on a mattress, will be returning (and hoping to speak to Rhys) for the frame and will for sure recommend everyone to the store! Two very very happy customers!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who after explaining the various products available gave me the time to browse and try the beds by myself without me feeling any pressure to buy, but were also available if I had any further queries.

The lady that served me was amazing, couldn't do enough to get me the right bed I needed.
