Prices were difficult to work out during shopping. It appeared that the "as shown" prices meant that mattress was included, which was not the case, meaning it was very difficult to budget.

Highly satisfied with staff and store .would of liked a shorter waiting time for delivery it is a two week wait all in all excellent .

Good products, just some prices aren't affordable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem with our visit was that the signage wasn't clear enough on the products, we needed additional help and guidance from staff as the written information was factual but not paticularly detailed.

The store was busy and we felt the staff were trying to get the sale and move on to the next customer. However we understand there is a fine line between being overstaffed and short of staff caused by the number of customers who arrive within minutes of one another.

Hi The purchase of the mattress and protector was excellent, and the staff extremely knowledgeable & helpful without being 'pushy'. The mattress protector was not quite what we thought it was going to be (even though it was the same range as the mattress), but we did not realise until the mattress was delivered and we opened the bag. The cover did not fully cover the top of the mattress and there were no material sides, especially as your guarantee specifies a full mattress cover must be used. We were then very surprised when we tried to take the protector back to a more local store to exchange, so we ended up having to go out of our way to get a refund. Your customer help department did try to help.

Spent more money than anticipated and have to wait for delivery longer than I would like.

I was as satisfied as I imagine anyone can be making an expensive purchase. The store was clean and we'll lit, the staff we're friendly and knowledgeable, the bed was a good price and the coffee wasn't bad
