Sales person very good. Very professional and explained everything well. Much better than store ON penarth road as guy there wasn't as friendly or helpful. Great service from Newport road

Trying to push for cover on mattress after we said we didn't want it. Expensive

There was a problem with the computers and the actual transaction. The two gentlemen that assisted us were great and very helpful. It was the computer system that failed

The staff was brilliant the only issue for myself was that the store wasn't that big so there wasn't a lot of choice.

Initially paid a couple of visits to the hereford store. On the first visit after having great service from sandy with lots of product knowledge we had a very bad experience on the second visit where we were served by a man. This service on the second visit was terrible from the start however as we found a product that we liked and wanted to purchase we took it upon ourselves to locate another dreams store (Cardiff Newport Road store). Cardiff store were excellent to deal with and couldn’t have done any more to help us and make sure that we were satisfied after our terrible experience in Hereford store.

HAVING COMPLETED MANY SURVEYS, I HAVE NEVER GONE FOR THE TOP MARKS. THERE WAS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OR COMMENT ABOUT ON OUR EXPERIENCE - IT WAS ALL FINE

It was busy as it was bank holiday but we were seen in enough time. Were not told tempur mattress was not in sale though.

Store is dated and staff wearing different uniforms. Also ran out of promotional ‘free gifts’.

The deposit amount required was higher than initially stated, it was originally given in a % amount but turned out to be a lot more.

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get the same offer in store as I could have had if I'd purchased the product from you online.
