I found the whole process a little overwhelming as buying a bed is a major purchase that will last many years so critical to get it right. We were given every possible help but it still was an anxious visit for me.

As we entered the store we were invited to take the scan survey. This was a simple process and confirmed we needed a medium rating. We were then taken to a range of medium mattresses and allowed to thoroughly try them out. After a considerable amount of patient attention we decided on the mattress for us.
