Being a disabled customer you supplied no aids to help with getting on & off beds if you are disabled most people would have some sort of device to aid this this would make it so much easier for disabled customer & put you further ahead with other customers & companies

Overall extremely satisfied by Richards assistance, who was very helpful. But, rather disappointed to find that if we had ordered the item we eventually purchased on line it would have been £100 cheaper and would also have included two (2) free pillows. Would it not be beneficial to offer this to customers who make instore purchases as well?
