We went as a family to the store, and the care they gave our 3yr old helped us relax and gave us space to make a decision without feeling harassed. I was glad Pam wasn't pushy, but listened to our financial needs and found what we could afford.

Richard, a staff member, was extremely helpful. He made sure we had all the information about the mattresses and guided us towards the one that most met our needs. We were also very pleased with the price we paid as a result of the Black Friday sale.

There was a lack of beds available with a smaller head height (less than 110cms) which was a very important factor in choosing a bed. This is an issue with the store as well as the choice available online. I could therefore only purchase the mattress from Dreams. My finance application was referred. I was expecting a telephone call to advise me whether it had been accepted but I am still waiting for this call several days after placing the order and paying the deposit. There appears to be a lack of continuity with different staff being on different shifts and not able to follow up effectively.
