We were more than satisfied with our service today because Dee not only helped myself and my husband on our search for a new bed and mattress but she also helped keep our two young boys occupied whilst we were deciding. Dee was very well informed on all products in the store and was quick in narrowing down our specific needs in a mattress and bed. All the staff were friendly and accommodating and overall it was a very relaxed, pleasant shopping experience. We will definitely use dreams again and hope to be back in the Newport road store in the near future.

The assistant (Amy) was extremely friendly and asked if we needed any help, even offering us a drink whilst we were looking at the range of products. She explained the different types of bed and mattesses and all the combinations of the products we were looking for. She also showed us the difference in products and why the prices reflect them. We were encouraged to test the mattresses without any problem and also shown the colour ranges and styles of headboards. Once we had decided on the combination of bed, headboard and mattress, the transaction was efficient with a delivery lead time that was much quicker than we expected (which was a bonus). She talked us through the different options for payments, disposal of our current bed/mattress and guarantees etc in an easy understandable manner. Overall it was a pleasure to shop with dreams and Amy is a credit to your store.

Customer Service representative Amy was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and was bale to give options and details to consider. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and is a credit to Dreams Cardiff.

Staff were quick to help and friendly. Richard who served us was attentive and soon knew our likes and dislikes as to the firmness or softness of the mattresses. Also helped with the finance.
