The person I dealt with (Rhys) was very attentive to my needs and extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different types of mattresses. I was impressed by the machine which assessed my sleeping posture and recommended specific bed types. I had intended to buy online but was impressed by the service I got and the benefit of trying several mattresses before trying and so bought one from the shop instead.

Me and my partner came into the Newport rd store spoke to chase and he help us find our perfect mattress. Came back a couple of weeks later to apply for finance rhys was amazing helped us out and managed to get some money off the mattress and a quick delivery

The lady who served me was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. I was able to try out different mattresses which is what I wanted. I was even offered a bottle of cold water. Delivery is quick and on a day which was convenient. Overall I had a very happy experience at Dreams.

Pam made us feel at ease from the get go. She really knew her products and was very easy going. I hate the hard seek approach and Pam made us feel like we were visiting someone we knew! Also loved the range of products.
