Looking for a new bed and went to dreams Newport road Cardiff.i was very impressed with the staff there.i was looked after by a female lady named Dee!very nice she was.she helped me all the way through the options I had very knowledgable.nothing was a problem for her.i’d like to thank her very much and dreams for employing a lovely sales person.thank you all will be back.

We arrived at the store and were greeted by Dee. She established our needs and priorities and showed us various options to consider. She made us a coffee each while we were trying out various beds. She was helpful but not pushy. Finally she worked out prices for our three options. We needed to made some further measurements at home so we returned the next day having made our choice to complete the order.

On entry to store we were greeted with a very friendly and helpful person.Knowing what we specifically came for was and advantage for the sales assistant to direct us to the items of interest.Her knowledge was great and she explained the different merits of the products.Her interpersonal skills and communications were first class .I had a birthday coming up and so delighted to know the product would be delivered on my actual birthday. Pam ,the assistant was very friendly,professional effective and efficient in her job an asset to the Dreams team .It was a good experience as to the help and certainly to share with others

Amy and all the other staff at Dreams were very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed or pressurised to make a purchase. We were given great advise for choosing the right bed for us. Amy encouraged us to lay on the bed we were thinking of purchasing for 20 minutes. Following this time we felt confident we were purchasing the right bed.

It was our second visit / purcharse in 12 months therefore happy to return to the store given our satisfaction of our previous visit.
