Sales lady was great. Not at all pushy like other similar stores. Other staff were all very friendly and engaged in conversation whilst we were placing our order. Overall, a very welcoming store.

the customer service on your staff was amazing , the lady that served me explained the bed in great detail which was great for me as I didn't really know what I was looking for I tried a few mattresses to see which suited myself ,I was offered tea or coffee whilst I waited for the order to go threw fab service will always buy from dreams in the future and I would recommend dreams to my friends and family .

Buying a new bed/mattress can be daunting with so many choices available. I found Dreams and in particular Dee very imformative and impartial. Dee made my decision stressfree, she was patient, polite and may I say an asset to the company.

We managed to buy a bed that we were pleased with within 30 minutes, after being disappointed at a competing bed supplier.

I went into the store the week before and my partner and I were greeted by an extremely professional and friendly member of staff. She took a lot of time with us, explaining the best mattress for us and allowing to try each one, even though we did not make a purchase. She informed us when she would be working again, should we wish to speak to her. I went back at the weekend and met with her again. She remembered our conversation and the mattress that we had chosen and I managed to secure a sale for a lovely new mattress. I cannot thank dreams enough as this is my first experience of dreams, but certainly not my last! I already have my eye on a nice bed base! thanks again.

It was very close to closing time but the assistant did not pressure us in any way and was more than helpful in answering and assisting with our purchase

The staff were very knowledgable and welcoming. They explained the product features thoroughly with detailed risk factors. Overall a good shopping experience.
