Paul the Cardiff Store Manager served us. He was very efficient in establishing what we needed and were looking for. His product knowledge was excellent, and he clearly explained the differences between the mattresses we were trying out. He did not crowd us, and give us the space to try each mattress out, and come to our own decision on what to buy. Paul made the buying process a simple and pleasant experience. Thank you.

Pam was fantastic. This is was a return visit following a brief visit from myself the week before. This time I brought my partner and we tested mattresses together, after having chosen our bed on the dreams website. Pam was knowledgeable on the products, and made us feel very welcome. A great asset to Dreams and a wonderful Tempur ambassador. The one thing I would suggest is no one's mentions the need for a deposit when choosing the 0% interest options. This luckily wasn't a problem for us, but could be for other people.

I visited your Cardiff store for a specific item and was very pleased to find it on show. I was asked by a member of staff if I needed assistance and he explained everything about the item. I was very impressed that delivery could be made 5 days later, and therefore placed the order.

Richard the man who helped us make our order was extremely friendly and helpful, he made the whole experience very easy and gave me lots of time to try out beds to ensure I was happy with what I was getting, he also provided lots of information about the mattresses which helped me make my purchase. 10/10 give him a raise.

Our advisor was so knowledgable about the beds and mattresses. She took time to listen to what I wanted, encouraged me to try out lots of bed, I wasn't rushed to make a decision.
