We received the very best of customer service from Dee who explained everything clearly and extremely well. We were encouraged to try out a variety of products and there was no hard sell. The experience was excellent.

We were looking for a new mattress at your Newport Rd, Cardiff branch and we're very satisfied with the service that we received. We were served by Paul who was very helpful in looking for the type of mattress that we were looking for. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy and he was very good at explaining and showing us the different types of mattresses.We were also offered tea or coffee when we arrived which was very nice.

Very attentive staff (Amy in Cardiff). Very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us find the right bed and mattress for us. We were made to feel extremely welcome and we were not put under any pressure or given any typical sales techniques by Amy.

Staff very pleasant and was well infomed

The shop staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable but not too pushy.

After a decent interval while we were looking around we were politely approached by a member of staff who enquired whether we needed assistance. We then stated our requirements and discussed the various options. The staff member was personable, competent and well informed and not intrusive. Once we had made our choice the process of paying, agreeing a delivery date, discussing terms and conditions and the various offers available at the time were carefully laid out for us. All in all a most satisfactory outcome.

We were served by Pam, who is a real asset to your company. She knows what she's talking about, and went out of her way to fetch us pillows, give us more info, let us try mattresses according to our specs/wishes... we experienced really good customer service from her, and felt like we were taken seriously. Much, much better than Dreams in Cwmbran, where staff didn't even say hello and had their coats on. We didn't feel welcome at all, there.

Pam helped us on the two visits to the store. She was very patient on both occasions. We very knowledgeable about products, specifications, options and prices. She was encouraging without being pushy. She was very relaxed with my sons who we were shopping for. The store was very clean and the products nicely displayed. The other staff seemed as nice as Pam.

When we arrived we were warmly welcome by a lady called Pam she left us to browse after a short while when she sure us struggling Pam came over to assist us. She immediately understood our needs and budget of a single bed of my eleven year old daughter. Pam was very kind and friendly to my eleven year old. She showed us the mattress and got my daughter to try it out. When we decided to purchase the mattress Pam told me of the eight year gurantee with a free mattress cover which saved me a trip to another shop she also adviced us on pillows and let my daughter try them out on the bed. Pam is a good sales woman without being pushy. I was very pleased with my purchase
