Then member of staff I dealt with was called Richard. He was very helpful, not intrusive and made the experience simple and pleasant.

We were looking for a mattress for a guest room and after trying a few, we were approached by a lady but we said we were just looking. She said to let her know if we needed help and didn't hassle us, which we appreciated. When we needed help she was unavailable but a lovely lady named Dee was. She was very helpful and recommended a mattress which we bought.

Popped in and was served by the highly professional dee. No hard sell, just expert advice with a smile. She even prompted me to try the high end mattress, comfort I've never experienced before! Will definitely be coming back to but it if I come into some money unfortunately out of my range. Overall a great experience and dee is a credit to your company, give her a pay rise!! 😂 will definitely be back even if its just to see dee!! Well done guys keep employing great staff!
