A lovely woman called Pam helped me pick out a suitable mattress for me and was more than happy to help out. She showed me many options and was extremely friendly and welcoming, she made the whole experience a lot easier and talked me through everything. Upon going back to the store the following day to have another look before placing my order pam was happy to help me out again and greated me once again with a warm welcome. Pam was more than helpful and told me everything I needed to know including the 40 night trial that was available as an option.

Salesman very helpful & knowledgeable but not overbearing or pushy.

Due to our specific needs the colleague went out of her way explaining advising and demonstrating the items of interest which helped us in making our choices. Plus a nice cup of coffee whilst in the process.

Upon our first visit, the sale assistant Dee was friendly with product discription.i find Dee's is well verse with product knowledge. Best of all, I find Dee was not pushy nor too 'in your face ' attitude and allow us to choose and select our item. When requested for advice and opinion,Dee was at hand to assist us. We return the following day to place our order, Dee was on off and Richard again was at hand to assist us in our order, but we had a change of mind and thought to re - measure another product. We promptly return the following day and this time was met by Paul ( store manager). Paul guide us through our order professionally and smoothly. Explaining at each stage of the placement of order,delivery,insurance , recycling etc. On the whole purchasing experience , I found it was stress free and would definitely use and recommend this branch of DREAMS to my friends. We were welcomed by Richard as we entered the store and he made us feel welcome and pointed us in the right direction for the type of frame we were looking for. He brought us each a hot drink and was available to provide assistance when we needed it.

Was made very welcome by Richard when I came into the store did not hassle me one little bit . Explained a few things to me which helped in the choice of mattress I needed . Also made a great cup of coffee .

Super friendly and genuine staff. Took as much time as needed with me to understand my needs and make sure i was walking away happy. I find the process of trying out mattresses a little awkward in store which is partly why I previously went down the route of trying online boxed mattresses. But Pam and the other staff made me feel completely at ease trying these mattresses and made me feel like an important customer.

Friendly, helpful service. Allowed us to browse in our own time and offered advice when asked.
