The assistant recognised me immediately from a previous visit. She offered me a cup of tea and talked me through the options encouraging me to try different mattresses before returning to my preference. She then helped me understand the different beds and frames available, and drew my attention to a bed I had not yet spotted, which became my final choice. She was clear and thorough and friendly. I am pleased with the mattress and bed frame chosen, the sale price was excellent and the assistant even gave a discretionary price on a tempur pillow. Very pleased with the service provided and product.

The sales person Richard was not pushy and as I am 22 years old experiencing my 1st purchase like this he explained everything and went through all my options and everything to make certain I understood the procedure.

Sales assistant (Pam) was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I knew what mattress I wanted but she directed me to other mattresses that may have interested me and I found one that I preferred and costing very little more than my original choice. She also advised me of the mattress protector (the cost of which also included insurance cover) which I also purchased. I came away very pleased with my purchase and very impressed with the customer service I received from Pam.
