The gentleman who served us was extremely knowlegable with the products. He had a lovely nature and was chatty but not a typical pushy 'salesman'. The female assistant kept our 4 year old nephew occupied whilst we were looking so made the bed shopping experience easier. I would definitely visit you again. Many thanks

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly sales lady Pam. Even though I was only looking for cheaper bed for spare room and other customers looking at top end, made no difference. She gave great customer service and a lovely cuppa, unlike the staff in another store who had ignored me for larger orders. Pam's a credit to Dreams. Will definitely be back to purchase my bed from her.

Sales lady Pam knew exactly what I was looking, did not won't to spend a lot on bed for grand kids but wonted one to last.
