The store was clean and bright. We were introduced to the "test bed" which told us of our best option. The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and listened to our needs. Andrea, talked us through the benefits of the mattress we finally chose and showed complete product knowledge. All in all, a pleasant experience during which we were not rushed into making a decision.

Gentleman who served me was knowledgeable. Used the sleep master to confirm best type of mattress in respect of firmness. I saw a bed online but not in store but he advised that he could still place order. He was very friendly and professional at all times. Was able to answer all questions I asked without hesitation. Explained process clearly from order to delivery. Delivery was available 4 days later so due to be delivered 13.10.21 I did not want to order a bed online from other companies, wanted a reputable company and glad I went to dreams. Will definitely use in the future again.
