Paul the salesperson was excellent. Welcoming but not pushy. Available for any input we needed and obviously highly knowledgeable both on a personal and professional level with regard to the product. The order process, once we had decided, while involved, was well explained and left very little to question. We visited and purchased on the last day of the 50% sale and were delighted with the savings and extra product / services on offer. Extras such as clearing existing bed / mattress were extremely helpful. Not one for extra insurance cover, the price quoted and the cover made us decide to take it out for once. A big purchase for us but made easy and without stress

I found Dreams to be a friendly store. The assistant was very helpful and did not attempt to be too pushy. This made me feel at ease and comfortable testing several beds before making my final choice.

We were seen by Richard at the Pontpreanau store and he really helped us a lot. We had come into store previously and gave us some information. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything and came away with everything we wanted and more.

Me and my husband were served by a very friendly and knowledgeable assistant called Richard I suffer with a bad back and my husband is disabled due to a car accident and he was so helpful in finding us the mattress that suited our needs we felt no pressure from him like you get in some shops so for this reason I will always go back

Dee was extremely helpful and went over all the options with us, discussing the pro's and cons of each bed/mattress. She made sure I tried the bed with the correct pillow so I could ensure an accurate test. Not a pushy sale just very patient and knowledgeable.
