The man Richard was brilliant and very helpful and funny to talk to. He made the experience comfortable and easy as I was very picky on what mattress I wanted and bed! Sorry!

Very helpful and friendly advice from Amy, who really listened to my daughter’s requirements. Very knowledgeable advice.

The in store colleague Richard was very helpful, easy going and didnt try pushing us into a sale. His product knowledge helped us pick a bed which was suitable for the both of us. The store was also clean and had a good range of products.

On entering, assistance was available, discussion took place as to what we were looking for and what best products they could offer, good knowledge of how product were made and pros and cons. Assistant made us feel at ease and gave us plenty of time to try out the best mattress to suit our needs with no pressure.

We arrived at your store in Newport road; Cardiff at 6:45, not realising that the store closed at 7pm. We apologised to the lady whose name was Dee, but she was lovely and told us not to worry, and to take our time.

It was great. WE asked for advise on the type of mattress we should get and were shown only whatwe wanted to see.

Dee the sales assistant who helped us was great! She was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
