I told Richard what I wanted and he took me to bed of choice no fuss. he understood exactly what I needed, didn't give me any hard sell, transaction completed in no time at all, delivery all arranged. offered my friend and I tea or coffee ,we declined but very thoughtful. I previously bought a bed wardrobe and chests about 7 yrs ago from Culverhouse when I moved here, so I knew where to shop again. many thanks

Pam was warm and welcoming and quickly understood our needs and provided us with three suitable options. Pam gave us the time to try the mattresses out and her product knowledge was phenomenal. It was overall a great experience, quick, easy and great value for money.

Richard spent a lot of time suggesting different bed frames,mattresses, pillows,duvets (so much so, were thinking of buying the £80 pillows)

Have not bought a mattress for over 10 years We had little knowledge of what we needed the salesman was knowledgable and friendly. He had great patients and was not over powering leaving us to discuss on our own but then coming back and forth to help when needed. He made a quite stressful purchase into an enjoyable one. Dee our assistant is very good at her job and certainly knows how to make a sale, We were given a nice welcome and an excellent cup of coffee, nothing was too much trouble for her, if there was a reward for her excellent and wonderful friendly nature and service, then she should be rewarded.

This was my first ever purchase for a new bed. I knew what kind of frame I liked and wanted from browsing on-line and placed an order for the frame there. I found the on-line method of looking for what I desired very easy, however it could be improved by adding a filter for specific material of bed frame (e.g wood frame or metal frame ect). As this was my first ever purchase of my own bed I didn't have any knowledge on mattress'. I decided to place an order for the mattress in store so I could try out a few different types and see which one best suited me. The staff were very welcoming from walking through the door and guided me excellently. I was planning on just laying on each bed and seeing what one I preferred buy Amy recommended trying less so that it was easier to tell the difference. Amy provided me with an excellent run down of what different mattress there are available and how each one has its benefits and drawbacks. I felt that I would prefer a firmer mattress so Amy helped me by starting at a fairly firm mattress which I found to be a bit more than I wanted so she helped me work down to a suitable comfort. Overall a great experience. Very excited to try my new bed!
