The sales lady was friendly and a good listener. She did not 'hard sell' the mattress we eventually bought, but let the product sell itself.

Very friendly staff who took the time to find out our needs and do there best to meet them, they even stayed a little bit over to complete our order. Will 100% recommend

I had just got a bed from Benson beds and the service I had was very poor staff not a tall helpful and my bed was fault. But when I went to dreams staff was so helpful and made you welcome an happy to make sure you had what you wanted.if a family member or friend was going to buy a bed I would say go to dreams.

Prompt very helpful without any sales pressure

The salesman (Richard) was excellent, very friendly, he had a good sense of humour and knew his product. I do not know what his position is in the store but he should be a manager as he sought to sell without coming over as being pushy and that is the sign of a good saleman.

Richard who served us was extremely personable and professional, but that professionalism extended to the wider team who even kept our two year old occupied during the visit.

Very friendly and non-pressured sales approach, nothing was too much trouble and I was given time to look around and try products out as much as needed with no pressure. I was even made a cup of tea. Nicely done :-)

Simple and easy to view the mattresses due to the colour key. Employees were all extremely helpful and friendly and provide advise on which would suit my needs.
