Richard, the rep that served us, was very informative and helped us buy mattresses for the kids and for ourselves. He provided drinks and helped get all the extras to the car-when the littlest was causing a scene. Great experience and would totally recommend to friends.

The team at the Cardiff store were very helpful in answering queries, explaining the different mattress types and allowing us time to try out different mattresses & pillows. The staff also looked at a range of different options and gave prices and relevant information. The store had lots of options, was well set out and inviting.

Richard was extremely helpful today. He gave me all the information I requested and I was able to make the best decision based on that. The bed storage in a good frame, plus a quality mattress for my past back surgery were important to me. Richard helped me further by recommending a king size duvet for my double bed. A genius solution I would never have thought of otherwise for some added luxury. Further, I have not moved into my property yet so I was able to select the best date whereby Richard told me both the cancellation and delivery rescheduling process. Richard then walked me through the alerts I would receive for the delivery. I am extremely satisfied with my visit today. The beds are reasonably priced but as always, and especially as I am buying everything from scratch in my first home, everything could always be cheaper for me.

Very helpful staff member, Pam, took time to explain differences in mattresses. We both have back problems so we took a while to find a mattress that suited us, Pam was patient, gave us time to decide, made us a cup of tea.

Allowed to look around the store before a sales assistant came to help. The sales assistant Pam had fantastic knowledge of the product, we were not rushed at any time and in fact actively encouraged to lie on the mattresses for as long as we liked to find a suitable one for us. The staff were very friendly, offered us coffee and made us feel very comfortable.

Wrong bed ordered by myself sorted exchange without hassle

As soon as I walked in Pam was full of knowledge. She took the time to understand my needs and wants! The 1st bed she showed me was the one! I did want a little time to think about this. I popped over the road and had a coffee. When I came back Pam was serving another customer but she took the time to explain to Paul what I wanted. Paul was just as friendly and helpful! Both a credit to the company! They went above and beyond
