Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

We knew what we wanted, we asked the store assistant to help us find it, she explained the "system" clearly and set us on our way with some advice, also offering tea/coffee. We were left alone to choose our mattress without any aggravating sales pitch. It was all calm, friendly and very easy.

This was my first time buying a bed, and the advice and guidance given by Richard made the experience much easier than expected. He asked us what we needed and he focussed on our requirements, A* service

We came to the store in the evening to purchase a tempur mattress and was served by Richard who was a very friendly knowledgable member of staff. We were given advice on the product and offered tea and squash for the children. He explained the pricing to us and was very quick at doing the paperwork. A very enjoyable experience and the children loved trying out the beds too!

The staff was very friendly and quite patient with us. We needed a bed, but didn’t know what we were looking for! Dee pointed to beds and mattresses she would recommend and explained why she would recommend them. This helped narrow our choices, making it easier. They gave us plenty of time to try out each mattress and offered refreshment drinks. Being pregnant in this weather couldn’t have asked for more cold drink while you shop☺️!

Since the moment we step in the shop we were greeted and helped in an impeccable manner, Pamela knew and explained pretty much everything there is to know about the purchase process, range choice, options availability and delivery. It was a very pleasant and efficient experience.

Relaxed atmosphere in the store, no high pressure or pushy salesperson, just a helpful, knowledgeable, informative and friendly salesperson (Amy) who gave us space to browse and then answered all our questions with obvious passion and knowledge of the products and with good humour.

the gentleman that dealt with us was absolutely lovely. he was very knowledgeable and when I explained what I was looking for he advised which items were suitable. he was very polite and offered us a lovely cup of tea! when I had decided which items I wanted he placed the order and offered suitable services, which I decided to have. he was able to offer me a delivery date that suited me and in all I had excellent service. thank you very much. kay
