Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

Pam who served us was very friendly, she made us feel at ease with the purchase and had brilliant product knowledge, helped us with our decision! She made us feel like we had known her for years when in fact that was the first time we had met her, she even kept our 5 month old daughter occupied for us to try out the beds. She was so lovely, brilliant member of staff & a fab representative for Dreams.

Was attended to as soon as I entered store. Asked would I like a drink of anything, asked for glass of water as it was so hot. I asked to check back to last year after purchasing a double mattress and wanted another one the same as. Which assistant took me to view on display. All sorted with in 25 minutes or so. New mattress being delivered within 6 days. Brilliant.

The sales person could not have been more helpfull lots of advice and information. Very happy with delivery time quoted

staff were very helpful but not to pushy

On entering store was greeted by the manager Paul. Explained what I was looking for and Paul gave me excellent product information and advice and time to try the mattress. I only made a small purchase but with the information Paul gave me I will return to order a bed. Paul was charming and very helpful, even made me a very welcome coffee.

Very helpful staff and good advice given

I was very impressed with the Assistant named Richard, he was very helpful and guided me in the right direction for my budget. It was a very hot day and he kindly offered my a glass of squash whilst I wandered around the showroom.

I Purchased a tempur mattress and pillows also a new bed frame I was highly satisfied with the assistant Dee from Newport road store as she was so friendly and helpful! I will be back again with my parents to sort a bed for them too.
