Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

We were welcomed by Pam at the Cardiff branch who went out of her way to demonstrate the products to us and never once forced us into a sale. Her knowledge of products was very good .

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there was plenty of choice and beds to try out. The store was light and pleasant to visit and easily accessible

I was highly satisfied how clean store was and how quickly i had assistance from a really lovely friendly and very professional lady named pam she was so helpful in everyway even with my son couldnt have asked for better service she truly was a lovely lady.

The lady who served me was - very well informed and very patient, and was able to answer my questions and re-assure me that if all was not as I would expect after taking delivery of the bed I would be able to return it to the company. In fact the whole experience in the store was excellent.

No sales pressure but Kelvin was very helpful and gave good advice. Felt at ease.

Paul,the assistant directed me to the best item after I had explained exactly what I required.He listed all the various sizes and colours.He then pointed me to special offers on pillows and quilts.Ipurchased both.I was offered a hot or cold drink whilst he was processing the order.All in all it was a very pleasant and speedy shopping experience.Thank you to Dreams and to Paul.

Paul and Kelvin were extremely helpful and informative but never pushy in making the sale. Kelvin spent time talking us through the different options and benefits of different mattresses and Paul was then great at talking us through the payment procedure. We were given time and space to try out different mattresses at our leisure whilst enjoying a coffee!

I was served by Richard, who was very friendly and helpful and made the experience of visiting the store and buying a bed very easy.
