The employee we dealt with (Mike) was super friendly and knowledgable - he even stayed past the end of his shift to help us out. Really happy with the option to try out the different mattresses too, that was a great idea.

Was greeted upon arrival into the store by a very knowledgable and friendly assistant named Dee. I had found the bed I wished to purchase online and needed help with a mattress which through Dees assistance I was able to make a well informed decision. No pressure was put on me to purchase and I was not followed around which would happen in other businesses. I needed to meet my father then returned to make the purchase, advised didn’t have much time so the ordering process was completely promptly without any issues. I am over the moon with my bed and new mattress. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go to bed! Thank you Dee and Dreams at Newport Road Cardiff

The sales assistant Dee was absolutely brilliant!

Excellent customer service from Mike Strong. He was very helpful and friendly. Mike made us feel relaxed and found a mattress that was right for us.

The sales assistant Dee was very helpful and despite us having 4 children from 3 to 14 with us, she took everything in her stride and was pleasant and courteous and knowledgable about the products on offer. She made the whole experience a less stressful and was able to answer all our questions straight away.

The first day I arrived there was only 1 member of staff available (Pam) and she was dealing with another customer, I waited for around 40 mins but by that point the store was closed. (Pam did offer but I declined because of the time) She told me to come back the following day and said she would wait for me regardless of the time. I returned the next day and Pam processed my order after going through various products with me. She really is an excellent member of staff and should be commended. It means a lot to me to have good, friendly service and would not hesitate to return to your Newport Road Cardiff store.
