The customer assistant was very helpful. A very pleasant and friendly person. Found the item I needed and sale was quickly and thoroughly handled.

Me and My Husband were met by Dee, and she asked if we needed assistant we said we were ok, she then asked if we wanted a cup of tea, we said no. We found the frame we liked straight away but we was stuck with the variety of mattresses, Dee came over asked if we needed help, which we did so she explained the colour coded system for the mattresses. We decided what we wanted/needed and went to lay on some to try, Dee came over and offered us some more comfy pillows to try with the bed, she explained the different types, eg. gel topped, memory form and the no of springs! Once we finally decided on a mattresses Dee took us over to the desk, again offering us a cup of tea while she processes our order, explaining about the bed cover and extras like mattress toppers and pillows. We were happy to be offered a quick delivery date, just over a week to wait for our new bed!!!

Mike,the salesman was extremely helpful,did not rush us and was not at all pushy which mattered a great deal to us.He was very informative about the products and was able to answer all our questions and concerns.

Pam helped us straight away, we didn’t know what to look for or where to go and she was super helpful without being overbearing, couldn’t have asked for more!
