We were very satisfied with the whole experience.The salesman,Chase,was very polite and helpful,and we never felt pressurised into buying anything we didn’t want(this is not always the case with other similar companies in our experience).We always felt that we were being attended to,even when the store became quite busy.

Pam was amazing , truly helped us from beginning to end , took her time to explain it all and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We didn't have the intention to actually buy it that night but such amazing service really made us feel like we got the best we could get and made us feel like we didn't need to look anymore .

I first went to the store a few weeks before my purchase and with Andrea's help focussed on 3 mattresses. I wasn't ready to buy as wished to discuss with my husband. Phoned Andrea a fortnight later having decided on a mattress but neither of us were able to confirm by phone the one I wanted so returned to the store and purchase proceeded. Andrea was great.

The store guide/assistant Andrea at Dreams, Newport Rd, Cardiff was very proficient. I had every confidence that Andrea would recommend the right mattress for my needs and those of my partner. She never hurried us or pressed us. She gave us the time to make our choice as the perfect sleep is so important to us all. I would say that Andrea is the perfect employee, so helpful and patient. She knew her stuff and kept us safe with Dreams' COVID protection. The store is well laid out and has everything one could want for the perfect bedroom. By the way, Dreams' website is a "dream" as well. Very enjoyable with helpful Feng Shui tips.

The member of staff was extremely helpful, knew what she was doing and knew the stock. Was able to help me straight away with my queries and placed my order with ease
