The lady who served us 'Pam Joyce asked if we wanted assistance as we entered the store and offered us a drink, knew exactly what she was talking about gave us honest information about each product, she was very friendly and amazing at her job!

Was served by Mike who was very knowledgable about spring counts and other things that he seemed very passionate about - helped choose a bed and frame that was from stock and needed to be delivered by the end of the week so very happy with the visit/outcome

All staff were very friendly and understanding. Not pushy at all. Offered us a hot drink while were deciding. Which we declined. Then offered again while we were placing our order. Had a lovely cup of tea. The whole ordering process was explained step by step. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

On arrival at store we were meet by Pam who asked if we needed any assistance. Pam was very helpful and discussed a few options for mattress and beds we were interested. We were offered if we would like a drink while discussed our options. We found the assistance given very helpful which helped us decide what purchase we would like and decided to proceed.
