The sales men was very happy to help us out for over 40 mins .I'm ok sleeping and my girlfriend has a bad back and neck problems so had help with that and different pillows to help her sleep better and having fresh tea made it good and time to talk more .and spend more lol .you have good understanding staff and know what your customers requirements.

The salesman mike was extremely informative but not pushy, he gave us space to make our own decisions and advice where we needed it. He was extremely helpful and considerate to our needs. When he needed to serve another customer he asked us if that was ok first and came straight back to check on us as soon as he was able. This works far better than pushy sales teams!

Me and my partner were highly satisfied due to the dedicated level of service we received from all members of staff within the store. We had all of our questions answered with accuracy and honesty and at no point were we made to feel that a sale was being 'pushed' onto us, which I understand is very common when dealing with commission based staff. The staff obviously had a collaborative spirit, which allowed them to share the responsibility of making sure we received a great service. We felt like we were being given the best service at all times.
