The bed we wanted to try was unavailable in store, but Mike guided us to another with similar spec, and one of a higher spec. Even though our budget was £350, we chose one at £399 as we both felt it would be more suited to our needs.

From entering the store the staff were attentive and informative without being "pushy". Product knowledge was good and all alternatives were discussed. Once the decision was made to purchase the sale was concluded courteously and quickly.

Before visiting the store I did some research online and then phoned. Dee answered the phone and was very helpful and friendly. I then visited and Dee took time to give me the information I needed about the different types of bed. This all helped me make a decision and buy the right bed for my needs.

The overall impression of the store when we arrived was that it was clean and tidy. The store assistants were engaged with the customers. We were assisted by Pam who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We could have chosen a slightly earlier delivery date but the one we chose suits our circumstances better. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit to Dreams and look forward to receiving our new mattress.

I was greeted straight away and asked if I needed any help. The sales assistant (Pam from the Cardiff store) explained the different options to ensure I purchased the correct bed. The sale assistant was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed, demonstrating the use of the ottoman bedframes until I found the one that best suited my needs. The sale was completed quickly and delivery was within a week. Would defiantly recommend to others and use this store again.
