Very happy with the bed, exactly what we was looking for. The store was well layed out, my partner has a back problem so we was able to test the mattresses before buying one. Spent a little more then I would have liked on the mattress, but can't put a price on a good night sleep I guess haha. Very friendly staff, made a lovely cuppa tea for us, explained everything in detail like all the guarantees and all that boring stuff that we have to know. Over all very happy, the bed got delivered today and I can't wait to go to sleep. Thanks very much

I was served by Dee. She was very friendly and helpful and listened carefully to my needs. She was able to take me straight over to the products that were of interest to me. She was also happy to answer the questions that I had. The service was brilliant. I was in the store with my daughter as I was purchasing a bed for her. I was after a bed that had storage so Dee demonstrated how to lift and fold the bed and ensured that my daughter could do the same before we went any further with the sale. I visited half an hour before the store was due to close and normally you'd feel that the advisors just wanted to get you out of the store as they wanted to go home but I didn't get the impression at all

We were greeted at the door. We were given all the advice we required to find the right mattress. We were then allowed to browse ourselves which was good. He was there to answer any questions and was very helpful.

Pamela was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She spent a lot of time with us, finding out what we needed and then showing us mattresses that she thought would suit our needs. We never felt pressured into making a purchase quickly, but more that Pamela wanted us to make the best decision for us.

After being in two minds of shopping at dreams we have it a go. On arrival Mike came over and asked if we needed any assistance. He gave us lots of information regarding different mattresses and what would be best suit for our two children. One of his colleges then came over and entertained our kids by giving them balloons which they loved! Overall we were very pleased with the price and the service we received!
