Dee was amazing. Very friendly and took the time to chat with my 2.5 year old and let him colour whilst we tried out mattress. She was very knowledgeable and offered advice with the two brands we were deciding on. Very good Customer Service also offerd drinks whilst we were there.

Good product range with reasonably clear labelling, friendly and knowledgeable albeit busy staff.

Able to find a product at an affordable price plus extras

We were served by Pam at the Newport Road store in Cardiff. My partner and I were nervous about buying a bed as there as so many options and it is a big investment. Pam was so friendly and welcoming and was very knowledgeable about the different products and knew the right questions to ask to help us decide on which mattress etc would be best for us. All in all very happy with the service and our new bed frame and mattress too :)

The Assistant concerned was called Tracey, first of all she explained all the colour codes of all the mattresses and invited us to try lying on them for us to decide which would be suitable for us. Then we explained the price range we were interested in and she took us to the mattress which we then bought. It was a relaxing experience .

Paul was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ordering process was quick. We were made to feel that our order was important and we felt valued, thanks to the service we received.

Pamela Joyce was incredibly knowledgeable about product and spent time talking to me about my needs and tailored her advice and knowledge towards giving the best customer experience.

Friendly welcome, fast sale

Mike served in the Cardiff Newport road store. He was friendly knowledgeable and left us to look around and make decisions. No pressure selling also bring open to feedback about the way the bed we wanted was displayed, should have a better mattress on as it’s right at the front of the store. Really made us smile whilst spending £1800.00.
