The sales assistant Pam was available to help us instantly which meant we didn’t have to wait around. The purchasing process was easy and free delivery was included. We were pleased with price and comfort of the mattress. Sales assistant Pam was very friendly and helpful.

Given that we had only a rough idea what we wanted , the staff made everything clear and straightforward. we felt that they really knew their products.
