Dee answered all my questions, she encouraged my 11yr old daughter to try several beds and matresses. Dee is an asset to your company and because of her attitude and knowledge, I will come back again.

We received fantastic customer service in store! The sales assistant Pam was so helpful and knew so much about the products! We was able to explain what we were looking for and she was great at telling us the mattress that would be beneficial to our needs! She gave us space to browse but made sure she was available for queries and we didn’t feel at all under pressure! I often feel intimidated going into stores to buy more expensive items as I feel someone will try and sell me the priciest item without listening to my needs or budget! This experience was completely different and I left feeling so satisfied with the service start to finish! Mainly because the sales assistant was so friendly and approachable!

Pam was very helpful and wasn't pushy with sales. She pointed out the mattresses that may suit my needs and requirements and then stayed well after her shift had finished to ensure I was happy and that my purchase had completed. All the other staff were happy and helpful too. I was offered beverage several times while I was there, which was a nice touch.

I found the salesman welcoming, polite and very helpful with excellent product knowledge. the store was light and airy with a good layout of products and an excellent choice both in terms of designs and price range. The experience of buying the product was efficient, fast and easy to complete.

Pam was great. Really personable and honest. She explained the different offers and did it in a way that was just like talking to a mate or someone you work with. Definately came across as friendly and not a sales person.

We needed a bed for a while but were too flummoxed with all the options to go ahead and get one, the staff member took us in hand and led us to what we hope will be a comfortable bed for the next 10 years

The assistant who helped us was FANTASTIC! He (Mike, Newport Rd in Cardiff branch) approached us in a prompt but not pushy way, offered tea /coffee, listened carefully to our requirements and even noticed when our little boy needed the loo and offered to let him use the staff facilities :) We were made to feel very comfortable and went away with a great purchase. We're looking forward to having it delivered to our new home.

Dee, the sales advisor, was friendly and helpful. She is knowledgeable and explains things clearly and well. She is approachable but not pushy and gives us time and space to think and discuss among ourselves. The products we purchased seem to be of very good quality - can't wait to test them out properly when we receive them! Overall, our shopping experience at the Newport Road, Cardiff Dreams store were highly satisfied.
