Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

I found the team at dreams were amazing and very helpful, trying to help me find the right product for my needs. The was very friendly and understood what I wanted as well. Will definitely be visiting again.

We were prepared to go around a few bed stores to find what we wanted,but thankfully we found everything we wanted in yours firsts thanks to your lovely sales assistant.she didn't pounce straight away with"can I help you" instead she let us wander around and when we were ready we told her our requirements and she happily showed us the options available to us.not at any point did we feel pressurised into buying anything .we did however get everything we needed and had no need to look further .she took us through the sales routine and felt confident that we made the right choices !

The customer service was excellent, Mike was extremely helpful and informative. He was very friendly and made my father feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to dreams and ask for mike.

Everything was fully explained and all questions were answered.

We were greeted by Pam who was very friendly. She was not pushy at all (which was nice), she listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions. She ensured we saw everything that we should have done and left us alone for a few mins to have a chat. She offered to take the kids over to her desk where they could do some drawing which gave us some time to decide. She suggested any add-ons that we needed to consider to make sure we didnt forget anything. Once we'd decided she went through everything and re-iterated the order back to us a few times to make sure everything was correct. She explained the finance options to us and had the answers to all of our queries. We left the store very happy - thank you Pam!!

The member of staff Pam at this store was very knowledgeable of all the beds etc on sale, and we were able to make the right choice for us.

Upon arriving at Dreams Cardiff I was greeted by Mike who was extremely friendly and after understanding what I wanted, talked me through the different options I had. He wasn’t at all pushy which is really nice he left me to have a look around. I came back the next day and was offered a coffee which was a lovely touch. I spoke with Mike again and decided to purchase the bed. The process was so easy and quick along with being very professional. I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends as the service I received was outstanding! The delivery guys were so lovely too they took it up to my bedroom took the wrapping off the bed and even had little fabric shoes on so they didn’t dirty the carpet even though I told them not to worry!
