Pam was excellent, ver knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I thought Pamela Joyce was really helpful she made us feel welcome and relaxed I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a bed. We had gone to Penarth Rd Cardiff on the 21st November and didn't feel like we were welcome at all we walked out without buying anything. I can't tell how much we appreciate Pam help she is a credit to your company Many thanks Paul and Marilyn Fowler

Our server Rhys i believe his name was, was extremely polite and helpfull, he managed to make our visit very pleasant and we left happy with our purchase, the shop was clean and covid safe and everyone instore was great.

Pam was great with us, good product knowledge and gave us the time to make our decision. She was very friendly and chatty, which made our time in the store enjoyable.

Rhys was brilliant. He was knowledgable, helpful, attentive, understanding and not pushy. When I was struggling to decide, he went away and checked more things on the computer to see if he could better meet my needs. He made it a great buying experience.

The lady assistant could not be more helpful. Even offered us water if we were hot due to wearing a mask. She answered all our queries fully. The time for delivery was exceptional

The lady Pam who assisted me was very helpful polite and explained everything I needed to know. Also took no time at all to order the mattress I wanted and delivery date was sooner than I expected which was great.

Excellent customer service, looked after, offered a bottle of water etc
