The staff at dreams were very helpful and friendly and we got exactly what we needed with a very mutual price.

Staff was very friendly and was able to tell what I really wanted as she understood what I was going through with the changes I am going through as I am reaching 50s.

Just the right level of service. Not pushy. Friendly and informative. I recently worked for SCS, in sales, and we were expected to pressure customers. So was partly expecting this. I'm happy to say this didn't happen, as you would have probably lost the sale.

Good customer service - Mike the sales person was very friendly without being pushy. He gave lots of info on the mattresses that ultimately persuaded us to purchase the mattress.

The experience was very good, the store is set out in a way which makes shopping for mattresses very easy and the help given from Mike was outstanding. We came in to the store late just before it was closing and did not feel rushed at all we where offered drinks and where told there’s no rush.
