As soon as we entered the store we were greated by Pam Joyce who introduced herself asked if she could help, offered us tea or coffee and proceeded to ask what we were looking for, gave good advice and explained that we could mix & match bases & matresses etc. She was very helpful and informative. We were very impressed

Greeted by a very friendly Pam, she explained the diffrence in the colours of the mattresses. We were then left to look around and try different mattresses, which was great no pressure. We were offered a hot drink, very welcome. Pam was on hand to answer any questions and explain all the offers and services. Very pleased with mattress and Pams friendly but professionally service.
