We were very impressed with the assistance and advice that we received in store. We were able to try and view a range of options for mattresses, bed frames and other products to suit our needs. We were particularly impressed with our sales assistant Tracey who was informative, helpful and very patient with us as we were making our minds up!

Upon our arrival the Store Manager Paul approached us to see if he could help us with anything. He listened to our list of requirements for a new king sized bed and proceeded to show us several option. He suggested that we adopted a certain approach to trying out the different beds on display. We followed his excellent and intelligent advice and found a nice quality bed that suited us both. The whole buying process and insurance options were clearly explained to us and then we decided to purchase a bed. We were very pleased to hear that our old bed would be taken away for a very reasonable fee and a suitable delivery date was arranged. All in all a very easy experience for my wife and I without a hint of any pressure selling.

Dee was exceptionally helpful, we were offered refreshments on several occasions. Once we chose our bedframe, Dee went through a number of mattress types, and allowed us to test out each. She went through all the available services such as assembly, and matress removal, and answered all out queries and questions. Will definitely recommend!
