Friendly service and the door welcoming message

We were highly satisfied when we visited the cardiff store, we were asked when arriving if we needed any help, we said we were just looking and the sales lady was very respectful and left us to have a look around but was on hand to answer any questions. We were offered tea or coffee. We're then given pillows to our requirements for trying out on various beds, knowledge of all items was very good. We sat down and then placed the order, delivery arranged for 5 weeks due to only be able to accept delivery on a Saturday Would highly recommend Dreams, sales lady was most helpful and no pressure felt.

The assistance I recieved from Pam was excellent. She was able to help me find the right type of mattress for me by asking me to try several out by laying on them. Pam showed and explained to me the options open to me whilst considering my preference and budget which was great.

The sales assistant was most helpful ,finding out our requirements and assisting us to choose the mattress we wanted in the price range we had stated .Well done Dee

All the staff were very attentive. Checking whether I required a tea or coffee. Pam who served me was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful .

The service on arrival and throughout my visit was very good. The assistance were friendly and accommodating, but also knew a lot about the products and what I was looking for in a mattress.

Dee was an incredible help during our visit. She made us feel welcome, really got to know our needs and even coped well with my partner who is a nightmare while shopping for this sort of thing. She made us laugh and she also gave us some useful care tips and advice. The store was exceedingly well kept especially during the busy season and you could really tell that the staff were all working together as a fun friendly team. It was a very warm, stress free and fun experience and we are so happy with or purchases.

Michael the assistant was very helpful and gave us some good advice about different options. Also gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss things and eventually make our decision.
