Pam was really helpfull from the time we walked in made us a coffee which was lovely of her

Tracey the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful

We were greeted by Pam who politely asked if we needed assistance and gave us space to browse around. We asked for her knowledge on certain types of mattresses and explained our complex medical needs and she then showed us the one for us!!. We had a lay on the mattress as the different types of firmness, she then explained the pro’s and con’s of the different type of firmness which we were pleased about. In fact after an offer of a coffee and a chat we ended up not just having a mattress we had a full bed and headboard. We had gone to other places for beds before and didn’t have the service we had at Dreams so if we have the bed and happy with it we will be sharing our experience with friends and family, I may even get my parents to make a visit as they want to replace there old beds for their house, and another family member is in the process of renavating a B&B so may be looking for beds. Again Pam made our experience at dreams a very pleasant and knowledgable one.
