We had an extremely knowledgable sales assistant who didn’t rush us, who explained everything in a calm and detailed way to us, offered us and made a cup of tea for us, demonstrated our bed to us. The store was bright, well set out and no one hassled us on entry. A super experience and we hope the bed we have ordered will also make us highly satisfied

WE had no idea what to expect but were given a very full explanation of the difference between various types of mattress (and allowed to sample them!)

The store was very well laid out, gave clear indication of the different bed styles and the shop layout reflected that, our decisions were guided by the employee named Mike who was super friendly and very knowledgeable and gave a personal touch when taking our questions and order

We were welcomed to the shop on entry and the colour coding system was explained to us. My son then immediately needed to go to the toilet so was allowed to use the facilities at the back of the shop thank goodness. We were shown around and not directed to any specific area but allowed to work our way through the different mattresses with Pam on hand to answer any questions. Pam noticed that our son was getting a bit bored so asked if he would like to do some colouring, which he did. That helped us to decide on a mattress a lot. Pam was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

Customer service was very good.Helpful as my ten year old son was looking for a new mattress & treated him like a king.
